Data Sheet M 50/2 | Synthetic High Temperature Grease |
Fluoronox M 50/2 is a chemically inert grease. It has been formulated from a high viscosity Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. The high thermal stability and the low volatility of the base fluid makes it suitable for long time lubrication from -15°C to +280°C.
Fluoronox M 50/2 is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues. It is resistant to water, strong acids, watery alkalis and most organic solvents.
Typical applications of Fluoronox M 50/2 include lubrication of ball and roller bearings at high temperatures, lubrication of highly loaded metal parts, O-Rings.
Fluoronox M 50/2 is NSF H1 registered to meet applications in the food industry.
