Searchable data base for
specialty lubricants from TECCEM
How to use the database:
We have created this database to help you searching for the application of our products or other essential information.
Many of our lubricants can be used for various purposes and it does not make sense to allocate them only to one category. For that reason we recoommend that you use suitable key words to search for products which meet your application.
Examples of such key words: high temperature, low temperature.
Fluoronox GV 25/2, Synthetic Multipurpose Grease
Fluoronox GV 25/2 is based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether, an inorganic thickener and additives to increase wear protection and corrosion protection. The grease is free of solid lubricants and free of metal soaps.
Fluoronox GV 25/2 has been registered in the H1 category with NSF (registry number 149283, www.nsf.com) for use in the food processing industry.
The outstanding characteristics of this grease are low inner friction over a wide temperature range, high load carrying properties, low evaporation rate at high temperatures and high shear stability. Fluoronox GV 25/2 FG often finds use when PTFE or Metal Soap thickened PFPE greases cannot take the load or cause functional problems by squeezed out thickener.
NLGI Grade: 2
Suggested temperature range: -30°C to +250°C
Flash Point: none, nonflammable
Typical applications: Typical applications include its use as high temperature grease for lubrication of transport chains and transport chain bearings in bakeries and lubrication of valves.
Fluoronox GV 25/2 FG often finds use when PTFE or Metal Soap thickened PFPE greases cannot take the load or cause functional problems by squeezed out thickener.

Fluoronox M 44/1, Synthetic Multi Purpose Grease, H1 registered
Fluoronox M 44/1 shows high thermal stability, excellent longtime lubrication properties and high film strength, outperforming conventional greases.
The grease is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues.
It is resistant to water, strong acids, watery alkalis and most organic solvents.
NLGI Grade: 1
Suggested temperature range: -25°C to +260°C or -13°F to +500°F
Pour Point, of base fluid: -25°C or -13°F
Typical applications: Include re-lubrication of slow speed roller bearings, such as oven bearings, highly loaded sliding metal parts, such as segment moulds. The use as barrier grease, as protecting film and as sealing grease.
Fluoronox M 44/2, Synthetic Multi Purpose Grease, H2 registered
TECCEM® Fluoronox M 44/2 shows high thermal stability and excellent longtime lubrication properties, outperforming conventional greases. The synthetic base fluid together with the high content of micronized PTFE lower friction when lubricating material pairings of metal, plastics and elastomers.
Fluoronox M 44/2 is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues. It is resistant to water, strong acids, watery alkalis and most organic solvents.
Fluoronox M 44/2 has been formulated from a high viscosity Perfluoroalklyether. The advantages show in low evaporation rate, providing long-time lubrication at high temperatures.
NLGI Grade: 2
Suggested temperature range: -25°C to +280°C
Pour Point, of base fluid: -30°C
Typical applications: Include the lubrication or roller bearings, sliding metal parts, plastics, elastomers, from low to high temperatures. The use as barrier grease, as protecting film and as sealing grease.
Fluoronox MS 30/2, Chemical Inert Grease, H1 registered
Fluoronox MS 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is H1 registered and formulated to operate over a wide temperature range and to provide low resistance at cold weather start-up. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.
NLGI Grade: 2
Suggested temperature range: -45°C to +230°C
Drop Point: Not measurable
Typical applications: Include the lubrication of all bearing types or O-Rings in chemical aggressive environment or at temperatures of up to +200°C.
