Fluoronox G 30/1, grease - Chemical Resistant Grease

Properties:
Fluoronox G 30/1 is a synthetic grease formulated with a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether and an inorganic thickener. It is of soft consistency. The density is 1.9 g/ml (water 1.0 g/ml).
This grease provides good chemical protection and very good lubricating properties over a wide temperature range. It will not clog grease distribution or manifold blocks.
NLGI Grade: 1
Suggested temperature range: -25C to +220C
Pour Point: -25C
Typical applications: The lubrication and protection of sliding guides, links, swivel joints, ball joints, high speed bearings, rubber sleeves. Fluoronox G 30/1 is compatible with most sealant materials and plastics. It is free of PTFE. Do not mix with greases of base fluids others than fluorinated Polyethers, Perfluoroalkylether, Perfluoropolyether (PFPEs).

Fluoronox GE50/2-3, Synthetic Multipurpose Grease

Properties:
Fluoronox GE50/2-3 shows high thermal stability and excellent longtime lubrication properties, outperforming conventional greases. The synthetic base reduces friction when lubricating material pairings of metal, plastics and elastomers.
Fluoronox GE50/2-3 is without odour, non-flammable, highly resistant to oxidation, free of carbonising components or components that can build gummy residues. It is resistant to weak acids and lyes, water and steam.
Fluoronox GE50/2-3 has been formulated from a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether. The advantages show in low change of consistency over a wide temperature range and in excellent low temperature properties.

Suggested temperature range: -55C to +250C
Pour Point: -60C, -76F
Typical applications: For thin film lubrication, including micro porous metal surfaces.

Fluoronox GV 26/2, Synthetic Multipurpose Grease

Properties:
Fluoronox GV 26/2 is based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether, an inorganic thickener and additives to increase wear protection and corrosion protection. The grease is free of solid lubricants and free of metal soaps.
The outstanding characteristics of this grease are low inner friction over a wide temperature range, high load carrying properties, low evaporation rate at high temperatures and high shear stability.
Fluoronox GV 26/2 often finds use when residues by PTFE or Metal Soap thickened PFPE greases cause functional problems or increased friction.

Suggested temperature range: -30C to +250C
Flash Point: none, nonflammable
Typical applications: Lubrication of needle roller bearings, adjustment mechanisms in measuring instruments, valves, from low to high temperatures.

Fluoronox L 20/1, Synthetic Low Temperature and High Speed Grease

Eigenschaften:
Fluoronox L 20/1 is a chemically inert grease of soft consistency. It has been formulated from a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE.
The low pour point of the base fluid and its high thermal stability make it suitable for long time lubrication from -60C to +130C. Temperature peaks of up to +230C can be tolerated. The maximum allowable temperature is +260C.
Fluoronox L 20/1 is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues. It is resistant to water, strong acids, watery alkalis and most organic solvents.
NLGI Grade: 1
Suggested temperature range: -60C to +130C, peaks of up to +230C can be tolerated.
Pour Point, of base fluid: -70C
Typical applications: Typical applications: of Fluoronox L 20/1 include thin film lubrication of sliding parts at low temperatures, especially parts made of glass, metal or plastic. Fluoronox M 30/2, Chemical Inert Grease

Properties:
Fluoronox M 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.

Suggested temperature range: -25C to +220C

Properties:
Fluoronox M 40/2 is a synthetic high temperature grrease. It is chemically inert and has been formulated from a highly thermal stable Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence.
The density of the grease is approximately 1.92 g/ml (Water 1,0 g/ml).

Fluoronox M 44/1, Synthetic Multi Purpose Grease, H1 registered

Properties:
TFluoronox M 44/1 shows high thermal stability, excellent longtime lubrication properties and high film strength, outperforming conventional greases.
The grease is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues.

Fluoronox CM 60 is a a highly adherent grease, based on Perfluoropolyether, organic thickener and additives to enhance load carrying properties and adherence. Fluoronox CM 60 is free of PTFE, free of Silica. Temperature range -40/+250C.

Typical applications: It has been developed for lubricating upper running bearings of conveyer systems in curing ovens, example powder coating plants.
